Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red in color with very light garnet hues, good consistency.
The olfactory range is wide, intense and of fine quality. It opens with floral scents reminiscent of a potpourri of moderately withered flowers, followed by fruity notes of red and black pulp fruit in jam, embellished with hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and chocolate powder.
The sip is rich, important, well balanced in its components. Good olfactory taste persistence with an elegant and persistent aftertaste of jelly fruit.
A wine that is an expression of its territory of origin.
