755mt 2020 by Jankara: “The sip is opulent, soft while providing an important, well-smoothed tannic texture. Good taste-olfactory persistence, which gives an evident note of ripe black cherry.
Ideal for traditional Sardinian meat dishes.”

Noras 2020 by Santadi: “The sip is soft, with a tannin present, but overall smooth. Balanced in its components, it gives a fairly persistent aftertaste of sweet spices and medicinal herbs.
Sample tried in combination with a plate of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.”
