Tasting Notes
Limpid, bright carmine red, quite consistent.
The nose releases a wide range of aromas. The floral notes of lavender, clove and violet are followed by hints of red berry fruits, in particular wild strawberry and cherry. Followed by notes of sweet tobacco and a light balsamic note at the end.
The sip is rich, freshness and flavor integrate perfectly with a delicate, almost silky tannin. Good persistence of taste and olfactory ripe fruit embellished with a delicate balsamic vein.
