Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Brut Satèn UG 1941+81 Riserva
Variety composition: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Bianco.
Denomination: Franciacorta D.O.C.G..
Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.
Vintage: 2011.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant, with a luminous golden yellow color, with an exuberant and persistent perlage.
It opens on the nose with delicate hints of white flowers, accompanied by aromas of fresh tropical fruits, notes of pastry and bread crust and in the finish a delicate nuance of aromatic herbs.
The sip is of rare elegance, perfectly balanced and supported by a persistent aftertaste of candied lemon peel embellished with mineral hints.
A wine that tells its terroir of origin.
