Tasting Notes
Brilliant, straw yellow in color with important golden reflections, with a perlage of great elegance.
It opens, with its wide range of aromas, with floral notes of broom and cherry, followed by hints of candied citrus, apricot and yellow peach. The olfactory bouquet is completed by delicate toasted hazelnuts and an aromatic nuance.
The sip is fresh and enveloping. The perlage reveals itself as a caress for the palate, supported by a perfect balance of the components. Persistent in the aftertaste of fresh pastry, it offers an elegant and very pleasant sip.
