Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Spumante Metodo Classico Brut
Varietal: 75% Bianco d’Alessano, 25% Minutolo.
Denomination: Bianco d’Alessano e Fiano I.G.P. Salento.
Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.

Serving temperature: 10° – 12°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a vivid straw yellow color embellished with imperceptible golden textures, with an elegant and fine quality perlage.
Quite complex on the nose, it opens with hints of fresh white flowers, followed by addictive fruity notes of apricot and candied Lebanese cedar. The bouquet of aromas is completed by notes of freshly baked brioche bread.
The sip is fresh, elegant where freshness and flavor give pleasure, corroborated by a delicate aftertaste of dried fruit and hints of citrus.
