Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red in color, good consistency.
The nose opens with notes of wild violet and hints of red berries, enhanced by hints of orange. The olfactory range is completed by spicy notes of nutmeg, vanilla and cloves and, in closing, hints of cigar box and balsamic herbs.
The sip is fresh, enveloping, and elegant. Perfectly balanced in its components, it is supported by a perfectly integrated, silky tannin. A persistent aftertaste of ripe cherry and balsamic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub remains in the mouth.
