Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a vivid crimson red color, good consistency.
The olfactory range of aromas is intense and of fine quality. The traditional floral notes of violet are followed by addictive hints of small red and black berries. The bouquet of aromas is completed by hints of precious oriental spices, freshly ground coffee and, in the finish, a delicate nuance of undergrowth.
The sip is enveloping, rich, and balanced. Perfectly balanced in its parts, it gives the taster an intense and persistent aftertaste of cherry jelly embellished with a balsamic vein. The tannin is perfectly integrated, it is well-smoothed and silky.
A wine that characterizes the production style of the company.
