Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a medium intensity carmine red color, quite consistent.
It opens to the nose with floral hints of violet and peony, followed by intense hints of small red berries. The range of aromas is completed by hints of licorice root, spicy notes of cardamom and cloves. In the finish a nuance of undergrowth.
The sip is enveloping. Sapidity and freshness embellished by a silky tannin, give a sip of great elegance and pleasantness. A persistent aftertaste of spices and fresh fruit remains in the mouth.
