Tasting Notes:
The sample has a very intense, almost impenetrable ruby red color.
The olfactory examination opens its bouquet of scents with notes of slightly withered red flowers reminiscent of violets, hyacinth and wisteria, followed by aromas of dark-fleshed fruits such as cherry and raspberry, delicate hints of undergrowth, humus embellished with notes of ground coffee.
The sip is fresh, with a good tannic structure, the hard and soft components are not perfectly balanced. Interesting and important is the persistence of ripe fruit, almost like a jam, on the nose.
It is recommended for a mixed roast on the grill.
