Tasting Notes
Upon visual examination, the sample is bright with a very intense golden yellow color and good consistency.
It gives off pleasant hints of orange blossom and acacia; followed by notes of ripe fruit reminiscent of peach, pineapple and persuasive tropical fruits; closing with mineral scent of slate and flint. Citrus and iodine notes.
The sip is well balanced, pleasantly savory, with a good structure, not particularly persistent. It is recommended in combination with pumpkin ravioli with butter and Parmigiano.
