Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear sample, straw yellow in color, not particularly intense, with slight greenish hues.
The nose is quite complex with hints of elderflower and orange, fruity notes reminiscent of yellow-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, with a final closure of graphite and slate.
In the mouth the sip is balanced and intense, good persistence. A pleasant mineral note remains in the finish.
It is recommended in combination with seafood carbonara.
