Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, bright straw yellow color with golden reflections, good consistency.
On the olfactory examination the bouquet of hints is quite broad: floral, fruity and mineral. There are aromas of fresh white flowers such as hawthorn, unripe fruit such as pear and pineapple, graphite.
The sip is balanced in the various components, persistent and intense citrus aftertaste. Fresh and with a good sour shoulder.
It is recommended in combination with sea bass all’isolana.
