Tasting Notes
In the glass, the sample is crystalline with a straw yellow color with golden reflections, of good consistency.
The nose is elegant, intense and complex. It opens the bouquet of its scents with notes of fresh wild flowers, followed by aromas of ripe fruit, papaya and passion fruit, but also hints of honey, cedar, and a persuasive sensation of mandarin. Spicy cinnamon closure.
The sip is fresh, opulent, confirming what is perceived on the nose. Sample that expresses its harmony, perfectly balanced in its parts, a note of exotic fruits remains in the mouth.
It is recommended with baked fish dishes..
