Tasting Notes
Clear, not particularly intense ruby red color with evident garnet textures, quite consistent.
The bouquet of scents is wide and varied: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. Floral opening that refers to a potpourri of red flowers which bind to intense notes of ripe dark berry fruits including blueberries, blackberries and cherries, duroni, all accompanied by pleasant and sparkling aromas of sweet spices that recall the licorice and cinnamon, astonish the empyheumatic hints of blond tobacco and coffee powder, pleasant woody finish and balsamic suggestions.
Varied and pleasant aromas, clear, perfectly delineated, on the gustatory level it has a good impact with a not too unbalanced alcohol with a good savory shoulder. Persistent and refined taste and aftertaste. Good to be enjoyed immediately, perfect with further refinement in the bottle.
It is recommended in combination with stewed hare and polenta.
