Tasting Notes
Clear, ruby red in color with purple reflections, consistent.
On the olfactory examination the range of scents is quite complex: floral, fruity and toasted. The sample opens with floral scents reminiscent of passion flower and violet, fruity scent of blackberry, blueberry and black currant, toasted notes of coffee powder and milk chocolate.
The sip is fresh, balanced in its components, intense and quite persistent.
It is recommended in combination with a beef stew.
