Aging: After malolactic fermentation, 20% of the wine is aged for 5 months in French oak barrels. Aging for 6 months in the bottle before being released for consumption.
Tasting Notes
Clear, intense ruby red color with purple reflections, consistent.
Complex sample in the range of its scents: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. Pot pourri of red flowers, black berries such as black currant and blackberry, black pepper and cinnamon, cigar and chocolate, balsamic note.
In the mouth what is perceived in the nose is confirmed. The wine is fresh, fairly balanced in its components, full-bodied, persistent and of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with braised veal.
