Brilliant, greenish yellow, tending towards straw, with a discreet perlage.
Quite complex in the variety of its scents: floral, fruity and mineral. Notes of white flowers such as hawthorn and acacia flowers, fruit such as golden apple and thigh pear and a hint of brackish.
The sip is pleasant, slightly sweet, fairly balanced in its components, but overall of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with fried fish.
