Tasting Notes
Brilliant, straw yellow with very light golden reflections, quite consistent.
On the nose, the range of aromas is quite complex, notes of fresh wild flowers, hints of yellow-fleshed fruit such as apricot, melon and citrus notes. Citrus note in the finish.
The sip is very fresh, an unstructured wine, but pleasant to drink. Not very persistent and quite intense, a note of cedar remains as an aftertaste.
It is recommended in combination with an appetizer of cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
