Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, lively straw yellow with greenish reflections, consistent.
The nose is understood, complex and fine. These are the hints highlighted: floral, fruity and mineral. The bouquet of perfumes opens with elegant hints of white flowers reminiscent of lily of the valley and hawthorn, followed by aromas of fresh and crunchy fruits, with a discreet fragrance, with a white body reminiscent of not too ripe white peach, green apple and pear with a slightly citrus aftertaste, all accompanied by interesting mineral notes.
On the palate the sample results: dry, quite warm, quite soft, fresh, savory, full-bodied. Quite balanced in its intense parts, persistent enough and fine quality.
It is recommended to combine tagliolini with scampi.
