Tasting Notes
Upon visual examination the sample is limpid, not very transparent ruby red color, with good consistency.
The nose is intense, complex and fine. It opens with hints of withered red flowers and an important fruity note. Dark berry fruits such as blackberry and currant, balsamic notes of menthol and eucalyptus, but also hints of ink, iodine and undergrowth.
On the palate the tannic texture is interesting, albeit still young, not perfectly smooth, but with great expectations. Freshness, flavor and acidity invite you to repeat the sip, the persistence of the olfactory taste is good where a fruity aftertaste remains, overall of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with grilled pork.
