Wine: Alsace Grand Cru Kessler Riesling
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2016
Classification: AOC, Grand Cru.
Grapes: 100% Riesling.
Serving temperature: 11°-13°C.

Note di degustazione
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color, with light golden reflections, of good consistency.
On the olfactory examination the sample offers a wide bouquet of scents. Hints of white flowers stand out, notes of fresh fruits such as green apple, grapefruit and fine notes of slightly overripe exotic fruits, close notes of flint and graphite and a nuance of mown grass.
The sip is dry, with a great acidity and very precise in the balance of its parts. The finish is almost infinite, its citrus aftertaste persistent. A true excellence of the territory.
It is recommended in combination with refined lobster-based dishes.
