Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose the sample is quite complex, floral, fruity and spicy scents are highlighted. Floral notes reminiscent of a pot pourri of delicately withered red flowers, followed by fruity notes of small berries: blackberries and currants. In the finish there are hints of sweet spices.
In the mouth it is fresh, with a good tannic texture still not perfectly smooth, but still of fine quality. Persistent, with a strong aftertaste of fresh fruit, which invites you to take a new sip.
It is recommended in combination with a platter of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
