Tasting Notes
Its light pink color is particularly luminous, almost brilliant, of moderate consistency.
The nose is an effluvium of floral and fruity scents. On the nose, unmistakable hints of newly bloomed red rose are perceived, followed by notes of wild strawberries and white peaches. The finish is citrusy: it recalls the mandarin peel, a delicate nuance of iodine and Mediterranean scrub can also be perceived.
The sip is pleasant: flavor and freshness characterize this sample. A peach aftertaste remains in the mouth, which invites you to take a new sip. A wine that invites conviviality.
It is recommended in combination with an aperitif based on fresh cured meats or with raw fish.
