Tasting Notes
In the glass the sample is crystal-clear, of a fairly intense cherry pink color, of moderate consistency.
On the nose the olfactory bouquet is quite broad and intense. Hints of fresh wild red flowers stand out, giving way to an aroma of red berries: wild strawberries, strawberry grapes, and grapefruit notes associated with hints of plum. The closure is with a citrus note that lingers pleasantly.
The sip is very fresh, moderately tannic, but with an acidic shoulder and a freshness that entices you to take a new sip. The taste-olfactory persistence is good and the finish is reminiscent of grapefruit.
It is recommended in combination with oriental fish-based dishes (sushi).
