Vintage: 2017.
Classification: Sparkling White Brut Classic Method Millesimato.
Grapes: 100% Aglianico del Vulture.
Harvest: manual in the last ten days of September.
Vinification: white vinification and fermentation in barriques for 15 days and subsequent passage in steel.
Maturation: refermentation in the bottle and 48 months of aging on the lees in tuffaceous caves and disgorgement without adding sugar and topping up with the same wine of the same year.
Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant, straw yellow in color, with greenish yellow nuances, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the olfactory examination the sample shows intense hints of white flowers, followed by fruity notes of plum and apple, aromas of toasted hazelnuts, bread crust and vanilla.
The taste is very fresh, pleasant and perfectly balanced. Good structure, the taste is intense and pleasant, a finish of citrus notes and toasted hazelnuts remains. Delicate nuance of vanilla.
It is recommended throughout the meal with fish-based dishes.
