Crystal-clear sample, with a lively cherry pink color, consistent.
On the olfactory examination it is quite complex: floral, fruity and herbaceous. You can perceive aromas of dog rose, pomegranate and pepper.
The taste is dry, warm and quite soft, quite balanced in its parts, quite persistent and of fine quality.
It is recommended as an aperitif with a platter of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
