Vintage: 2009.
Classification: Bio Bio Valle (Chile).
Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir.
Serving temperature: 12°-14°C.
Tasting Notes
Limpid, light ruby red, almost transparent, with good consistency.
The sample presents itself with a variegated and complex range of aromas: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. Floral hints of rose and violet, followed by aromas of ripe dark berry fruit, almost jam, of currant, raspberry and strawberry. Spices of cocoa powder, roasting reminiscent of leather and precious woods.
The taste is very fresh and supported by a moderate tannic texture. Quite balanced in its components, there is an aftertaste of ripe fruit reminiscent of cherry durone with good persistence.
It is recommended in combination with game-based meat dishes.
