Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red color of moderate intensity, consistent.
The range of aromas highlighted by the olfactory examination is quite complex: floral, fruity and spicy. Notes of dried red flowers, followed by notes of small berries reminiscent of blackberry, blueberry and currant. A note of dried pugna is perceived. Followed by hints of sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves. Vanilla nuances in the finish.
Sample with an important tannic texture, which, on the whole, is pleasant. Good acidity which makes it particularly fresh to drink with a good persistence on the nose, a spicy note remains in the mouth combined with a strong minerality.
It is recommended in combination with a typical dish of Iberian cuisine, such as a meat paella.
