Tasting Notes
Brilliant, straw-colored with greenish reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose is a scent of fruity aromas. Floral notes of white flowers open, followed by hints of fruit such as peach and fresh citrus, Pastry nuances.
Upon examination of the olfactory taste, the sample is very fresh. It shows a good acidity and flavor during the sip. Long enough to persist with a citrus aftertaste. A decidedly young and easy-to-drink sparkling wine.
It is recommended in combination with fried fish.
