Tasting Notes
Limpid, moderately intense, lively ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose the sample is quite complex in the range of its scents: floral, fruity and herbaceous. The sample opens with aromas of fresh red flowers, followed by notes of fresh red fruits such as raspberry, cherry and pomegranate. Hints of under wood and fresh moss close.
The sip is very fresh, reminiscent of a young wine, the presence of the tannic texture is not invasive, good acidity and freshness that invite a new sip.
Ideal sample with fresh cured meats and slightly aged cheeses.
I proposed it, at lunch with friends, in combination with lasagna bolognese. The diners were enthusiastic about it.
