Wine: Rosè
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Grapes: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo e Merlot.
Vinification: the grapes are selected manually in the vineyard. Once in the cellar, they undergo a soft crushing and destemming, then the must is fermented at low temperatures of 12°-13° C. After an immediate contact of the must with the skins for about 4 hours, the maturation begins on the fine lees, to preserve all the aromas.
Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, powder pink color with slight golden reflections, quite consistent.
On the olfactory examination the bouquet of hints is quite complex and of good quality: floral, fruity and spicy. The sample opens with hints of fresh flowers, followed by notes of small red berries reminiscent of currant, blueberry and strawberry, the closure recalls a delicate note of white pepper and a nuance of meringue completes the bouquet of perfumes .
In the mouth the sample is fresh with great acidity and flavor, elements that invite a new sip. Quite persistent in the aftertaste, it leaves a delicate note of fresh fruits in the mouth.
It is recommended in combination with an aperitif with fresh cold cuts.
