Tasting Notes
Brilliant, pale straw yellow in color, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the olfactory examination the sample opens with hints of white flowers reminiscent of lily and hawthorn, followed by hints of fresh white fruit such as apple, pear and peach. Followed by hints of citrus fruits such as lemon and lime. Herbaceous notes of hay and mineral closure.
The very fresh sip, acidity and flavor give pleasant sensations on the palate, inviting a new sip. Very persistent citrus notes remain in the mouth.
It is recommended in combination with cold cuts and fresh cheeses, also to be tried with a pizza.
