Tasting Notes
The sample in the glass is limpid, with a very intense, consistent ruby red color.
On the olfactory examination, the range of its aromas is well varied, complex and intense. It opens with notes of slightly withered red wildflowers, followed by persuasive and intense notes of small dark berry fruits, slightly overripe: blackberries, blueberries, plums and currants the most evident. They close with hints of noble spices and light roasted coffee powder.
The sip is balanced in its components, the tannic texture, perfectly balanced, gives a soft and well-balanced taste with an elegant woody finish.
