Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, intense straw yellow color with very light greenish textures, of good consistency.
On the nose you can perceive various aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit such as apricot and pear and tropical fruits, notes of fresh yellow wild flowers and a delicate nuance of aromatic herbs.
On the palate it is an explosion of freshness and flavor. Balanced in taste, it is characterized by a good persistence on the nose of ripe fruit.
The sample is characterized by the numbered label “Certificate of possession”, tasted the 5694 of 9463, which gives a value of exclusivity to the buyer.
Perfect paired with a dish of linguine with clams.
