Tasting Notes
Limpid, very intense ruby red color, consistent.
On the olfactory examination it is intense, with a bouquet of complex and fine quality aromas. Floral notes of withered wildflowers, followed by hints of ripe fruit, such as plum and cherry with raspberry and blackberry jam. There are notes of precious and sweet spices such as vanilla, with delicate aromas of precious woods and cigar box.
In the mouth the sample shows all its elegance and power in the sip. Perfectly balanced, silky, important but never aggressive tannins give an opulent sip and great pleasure. Excellent persistence of a ripe fruit, almost a jam.
It is recommended in combination with meat dishes of the Tuscan tradition.
