Tasting Notes
Brilliant, antique pink in color with delicate soft powder textures, with a fine and elegant perlage.
The nose is a scent of hints of fresh flowers and fruit. Fruity notes reminiscent of wild strawberry, peach and delicious apple. Closing with citrine notes. A great feeling of freshness remains.
The sip is very fresh, pleasant and perfectly balanced in its components. Freshness and flavor blend perfectly in unison, inviting you to repeat the sip.
It is recommended in combination with raw fish, also ideal for seafood risotto.
