Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, pale straw yellow color, with very light golden textures, quite consistent.
The nose is quite complex with floral, fruity and herbaceous hints. Notes of fresh white flowers such as hawthorn, white hibiscus and lily, followed by hints of white and yellow-fleshed fruits reminiscent of renetta apple, pear and apricot, a delicate citrus nuance, closes the range of aromas, hints of mown grass.
On the palate the sample is very fresh, with good acidity and freshness that invite a new sip. Quite persistent with a hint of tropical fruit reminiscent of pineapple.
It is recommended in combination with a seafood salad.
