CHÂTEAU LA BEDOUCE – FRANCE

A former 18th-century monastery, Château La Bedouce housed pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela.
Alain Favretto inherited the estate from his grandparents who bought it in the 1930s. Today, he carries on the work with his two daughters.
In 2010, the company obtained organic certification.
