Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear light straw yellow color, quite consistent.
On the olfactory examination, floral notes of white wildflowers are highlighted, hints of yellow-fleshed fruits such as peach, apricot and tropical fruits such as mango and papaya, close with hints of officinal herbs.
The taste is fresh and very intense. Balanced in its components with good acidity and freshness. Quite persistent with a mown grass aftertaste.
It is recommended in combination with white meat dishes.
