Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, cherry pink in color, with good consistency.
On the olfactory examination the sample is intense, quite complex in the variety of its scents, of fine quality. Floral notes reminiscent of wildflowers and pelargonium (geranium), hints of small red berries such as currant and blueberry and nuances of pomegranate. Mineral closure reminiscent of iodine and brackish.
The taste is quite balanced in its components, it is intense in its aftertaste of berries, persistent and of fine quality.
Ideal as an appetizer, but also with a mixed grill of vegetables.
