Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense red color with garnet textures, consistent.
The nose is intense, with a fairly complex bouquet of aromas: floral, fruity and spicy. Hints of dog rose and geranium, followed by aromas of dark berry berries such as black currant and blackberry, notes of spices reminiscent of ground black pepper, vanilla and ginger. Closing with a nuance of sweet tobacco.
Important sip with an evident slightly aggressive tannic texture. Good taste-olfactory persistence of sweet spices.
It is recommended in combination with a jugged hare.
