Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, cherry pink in color, with good consistency.
On the olfactory examination it is quite complex in its aromas. Floral reminiscent of a red rose and cherry blossoms, fruity notes of small red berries such as blueberry, blackberry and strawberry.
The sip is fresh, pleasant, fairly balanced, quite persistent with an aftertaste of fresh fruit.
It is recommended in combination with a seafood salad.
