Tasting Notes
At the sight the sample is brilliant, of an intense straw yellow color with very light coppery textures, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose it has a broad and complex scent of aromas. Hints of yellow flowers followed by aromas of ripe yellow fruit. Notes of crusty bread, Mediterranean herbs and a slate and flint finish.
The sip is fresh, perfectly balanced in its parts, acidity and flavor are integrated in unison giving the taster the desire to repeat the sip. Good persistence of aromatic taste.
It is recommended in combination with baked red prawns in orange sauce.
