Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color, quite consistent.
The sample shows a fairly complex, intense and fine quality range of aromas. It opens with hints of fresh red flowers, followed by aromas of small red and dark berries: currant, blueberry and strawberries. Closing with a delicate hint of vanilla.
The sip is fresh, with a tannin still not perfectly smooth, fairly balanced in its components, but with a persistent fruit aftertaste.
Tried in combination with meat paella.
