Denomination: A.O.P. Beaujolais (France).
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 13°- 15°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, moderately intense ruby color, consistent.
On the nose it is a floral and fruity scent. Notes of fresh flowers are accompanied by aromas of fresh red and dark berry fruit. Closing with hints of sweet spices.
The sip is fresh, pleasant, and well balanced. Good persistence on the nose of fresh fruit. Non aggressive and pleasant tannin.
It is recommended in combination with meat dishes.
