Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red in color with very light garnet textures, of good consistency.
On the nose the sample is quite complex in the variety of its aromas, quite intense and overall of fine quality. It opens with notes of withered red flowers, followed by hints of ripe dark berry berries, slightly jam, the finish is spicy and recalls aromas of ground black peppercorns.
The taste is fresh, moderately tannin, balanced overall in its components. The aftertaste, quite permanent, is reminiscent of cherry durone with a spicy nuance.
It is recommended in combination with game-based dishes.
