Wine: Reserva Santa Digna Chardonnay
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay.
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Classification: D.O. Valle Central (Chile)
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.
Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with very light golden textures, consistent.
On the nose the bouquet of aromas is broad and complex: notes of white and yellow flowers, hints of white and yellow fruit such as pear, peach, apricot and tropical fruits. Closing with notes of vanilla and bread crust.
The sip is fresh, very pleasant and perfectly balanced in its components. Good persistence on the nose, which gives an aftertaste of tropical fruit. Freshness and acidity come together perfectly, inviting the taster to take a new sip.
Tasted with American friends on the occasion of a Thanksgiving. A success.
