Wine: Pinot Gris
Grapes: 100% Pinot Gris.
Site location: Waihopai Valley, Marlborough.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Vinification: the bunch is harvested by hand and de-stemmed. Fermentation carried out in cryomaceration in stainless steel containers to maintain the subtle characters of delicacy and refinement. Aging in steel for a few months before bottling.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with very light golden reflections, consistent.
With a fairly complex aroma, it offers hints of fresh white flowers such as jasmine and acacia, accompanied by fruity aromas reminiscent of peach, apricot and quince. They close with hints of citrus and a delicate note of bitter almond.
The taste is fresh and mineral. Well balanced in its parts, quite persistent with an aftertaste of fruit and iodine.
It is recommended to combine with spaghetti with seafood.
