Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense pink color tending to ruby, quite consistent.
The nose is quite complex with floral and fruity scents. Notes of fresh flowers reminiscent of dog rose and hawthorn, are accompanied by hints of ripe red berry fruit.
The sip is fresh, pleasantly flowing and thirst-quenching. Quite persistent with a fruit aftertaste.
Ideal for an aperitif, tried in combination with a margherita pizza.
